The Junior Star Singer show came to Southampton's Voice 103.6FM on Sunday 25th June, joining Voice presenters Dan Eagle and Jay Radcliffe, aka 'Riskology'.  Dan and Jay regularly present a show on Voice FM which looks at Southampton's emerging artists so it was ideal that they were on hand to present Junior Star Singer with Amanda Neale on their afternoon show.  They look at a lot of great local young talent and were able to also play tracks from these during the show. 

Look out for Dan Eagle's interview as well coming up on Brooke on the Street, which is also presented by Amanda Neale. Dan runs his own independent record label which is a great starting point for new and funky soul musicians in his area.  He is able to sign up artists that he feels have potential to be promoted and get recognised by a bigger label.  Jay Radcliffe also works in publishing and events in the buzzing city of Southampton, giving promising unsigned acts a chance to play their music on air.

The Junior Star Singer team was more than happy to have a show with Dan and Jay who made it bags of fun.  Special guests were Teide Bryce and Junior Judge Georgia Lois as well, and they were joined by new reporter and junior presenter Charlz Appiah.  Here's a taster of what the talent was like for Junior Star Singer.....and check out our fun clips!
